1. The reserviation is confirmed with the payment of the deposit equal to 30% of the amount of the lease amount.
  2. The deposit must be paid within 7 working days from the reservation date, unless otherwise agreed, by check, bank transfer, credit card, debit card or cash.
  3. In case of cancellations communicated by e-mail more than 30 days from the date of the arrival 50% of the deposit will be reimbursed. In case of cancellation communicated by e-mail less than 30 days from the arrival 100% of the deposit will be retained.
  4. In case of no-show on the agreed day the deposit is lost and the Agency can sell the apartment from 08:00 pm of the day after the date agreed.
  5. The deposit will be refunded only by bank transfer, with holding the costs (about € 1,00).
  6. The balance of the reservation must be paid the day of the arrival.
  7. No refund will be possibile in case of early departure or late arrival.
  8. The caution money of € 100,00, not included in the reservation, will be requested at the arrival in cash and will be returned after a check by the staff of the accommodation, in cash, unless otherwise agreed.
  9.  Any missing items or breakages will be charged separately and will be charged to the tenant.
  10. The tourist tax, not included in the reservation, will be requested in cash at the arrival.
  11. Key collection is guaranteed from 04:00 pm to 08:00 pm.
  12. At the arrival will be required a document of identity of the head of the family, or group leader, and the personal data of all the other members (only if the online check-in was not correctly completed).
  13. Extra bed or baby bed must be requested at the time of booking and will be provided, with an extra charge, on availability.
  14. The customer must respect the silent hours.
  15. Animals accompanied by regular vaccintaion booklet are allowed with a supplement. Pets are not allowed to stay on the beds or on the sofas.
  16. Any  eventual cost for extraordinary cleaning will be charged to the tenant.
  17. The remote control of the air-conditioner, where installed, are located in the Agency.
  18.  Respect the Agency's office hours.
  19.  At the time of booking, the Customer accepts all the conditions.




  1. The apartment must be returned between 08:00 and  10.00 am on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed. For every 30 minutes of delay will be deducted € 20,00 from the deposit paid.
  2. The apartment must be returned in order, free of garbage, empty fridge, with dishes washed and free of any personal items (including detergents and bath products).
  3. The number of people admitted in the accommodation corresponds to the number of beds available.
  4. Do not throw sanitary towels, diapers etc. in the toilet.
  5. In case of early departure, no refund will be granted.
  6. In case of exhaust of the gas bottle, please contact the Agency or the service authorized to replace it directly: Idromeccanica Presacco 0039.0431.428809. The substitution is guaranteed in the opening hours of the firm.
  7. Staff authorized by the Agency may enter the housing units for any repairs, maintenance or checks without prior notice even in the absence of the Customer.
  8. When installed, the air conditioner must be used by closing the windows.
  9. Switch off the boiler while usinge other electrical devices.
  10. Use the balnkets only on the beds.
  11. Eventual reports must be done within 12:00 am of the day after the arrival.
  12. The Pineta Agency acts only as an intermediary between the Customer and the owner of the accommodation. Therefore no responsibility can be attributed to any breakages, injuries, losses, delays and inconveniences in general that may occur in the same. The Agency will however lend its attention to trying to solve any problems. Any claims for damages must be addressed to the owner.
  13. In case of bad weather or strong wind all the garden furniture (chairs, tables, etc.) must be carrying inside.
  14. Respect the office hours.
